What we’ve built — our own products

Good Minded doesn’t just do technology work for others — we build our own products too, each one carrying the same conviction that technology should do good. Some earn, some we give away — and every dollar of profit goes back into Good Minded’s mission. All of them are us practicing what we preach.

FestRunner

Festival management, done right.

Festival-management software Good Minded designed and built — one connected system for the people, places, schedule, and budget of a festival, instead of a dozen spreadsheets. It’s free for small and community festivals and paid for the larger ones, so the big events fund free access for the small ones — the clearest proof our do-well-to-do-good model works and repeats.

AfterImage

A gentle way to explore how you picture things.

A calm, self-guided space to explore mental imagery — how, or whether, you picture things in your mind’s eye — through short, optional sessions. Made for curiosity, not correction: nothing to fix, nothing to prove. AfterImage never promises to change how you visualize, and noticing no change is a completely normal, valid outcome.

A space to explore — not treatment, and not medical care. For adults 18+.

Root & Relate

A gentler way to understand yourself — and to be understood.

A calm, body-first practice for noticing what you feel, finding the need underneath, and speaking from there — then carrying that back to the people in your life. It draws on Nonviolent Communication and self-worth work, and it is written entirely by people: no AI, no streaks, no rush. It is built to become a smaller part of your life as your own capacity grows.

A space to practice — not therapy, and not medical care. Written by people, not AI. Invite-only for now, with a waitlist. For adults 18+.

GardenRunner

A designer’s judgment for your yard, free.

A free garden-design consultant for homeowners. Describe your yard, and it reasons out a real, location-specific plan — the right plants for your site and goals, a printable planting plan, work lists, and a phased budget. It’s not a drawing tool; it’s the expert-judgment part, and it shows the “why” behind every recommendation.

Free to use, supported by voluntary donations — good gardens shouldn’t require a designer’s fee.

A new engineering project with Jim

At Jim’s request, we’re helping him produce deuterium-depleted water (DDW) and work with laboratories to test the process. We build and measure — we take no position on outcomes.

Deuterium-depleted water is not an approved or proven medical treatment, and nothing here is medical or health advice. This is an early-stage engineering and research project; Good Minded takes no position on its health effects. Anyone facing a diagnosis should make decisions together with their qualified medical team.
